Today I would like to introduce you to a type of cake that is a famous specialty in my country. This type of cake is called : “ Bánh Cuốn “ (:Steamed rice roll ) . This restaurant is named: " Bánh Cuốn Cao Bằng “ Cao Bang is the province of Vietnam and the steamed rice roll originated .
I love these rolled rice pancake!!! ❤️😍This is the best rolled rice pancake I've ever had.
To eat, dip a section of rolled noodle goodness into the accompanying warm fish sauce broth, brightened with a squeeze of fresh lime.

The Steamed rice roll are plucked off of the linen steamer base, and immediately rolled with minced pork and mushrooms, then piled on a plate, sprinkled with deep fried shallots, snipped with scissors into bite sized sections.
This dish is priced from: 20,000 VND - 40,000 VND, we can eat “ Bánh cuốn” in the morning, lunch, evening and consider it a snack😂!!
In Vietnam they often sell hot “ Bánh cuốn” and cold “ Bánh Cuốn” .
But I like this dish made directly and still hot, I want to see them create a cake.
