Replica of Niagra Waterfall
Bangladesh is a place of beauty.
People usually travel at common places they knows like cox’s bazaar, jaflong (sylhet), Sundarban, Kuakata.
But there is still some places remain in cover that even Bangladeshi people don’t know well about those places. Now I am talking about one of those places.
Yes! The place Name is Nafakhum.

This is called the Niagra of Bangladesh because of its heavy volume of water.
The local people named it as Remakri. This is the biggest waterfall in Bangladesh.
It’s possible to bath and swim there. One can travel with boats too.
The waterfall, rocks, green nature makes it like paradise that anyone will amazed.

It’s advised to go there at winter season because at rainy season the water flow heavily and dangerous to step under the waterfall.

Location:
Nafakhum situated at Remakri, Thanchi upazila, Bandarban District.
Route:
Air and Bus both are available to go Nafakhum. From Dhaka (Capital of Bangladesh) it’s very easy to get bus. Bus counter s are available for Bandarban.

Place to stay at night:
The cost of staying at night is very very cheap. There is thanchi rest house, remakri tribal house. Cost 600-700 BDT (almost 6 US$) for 7-10 People.
