RESEP FISH GURAME GORENG SORAM SAUS TAUCO
Ingredients:
- 1 carp, cut pieces
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 egg whites, whipped off for dye
- 100 grams of versatile flour for coating
- The oil for frying
Tauco Sauce Material:
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 1 large red pepper, cored, small box cut
- 2 tablespoons sweet taoco, puree
- 1 tablespoon sweet soy sauce
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 150 ml of water
- 1 teaspoon of sago flour and 1 teaspoon of water, to thicken
- 2 tablespoons oil for sauteing
How to make
Brush the fish with orange juice and salt.
Dip into dyestuff. Roll over in coating material.
Fry in oil that has been heated until bloom, ripe and dry.
Sauces, sauteed garlic and red peppers. Enter taoco. Saute until fragrant. Add sweet soy sauce and salt. Stir well. Pouring water. Cook until boiling. Thicken with sago flour solution. Cook until thick
Serve with tauco sauce.
