There are different types of sense organs which makes us aware of changes taking place within us or in our surroundings these include the eye, ears, tongue(taste bugs), and the skin.
Thus are sense organs which detect changes within the body.
Sensation of the skin
The skin has a supply of sensory receptors these detest stimuli that enable as to feel, touch, pressure, pain, cold and heat. Skin is a sense organ though it is not specialized in detecting.
Organs of smell(nose)
These cell is capable of detecting thousands of distinct sensation depending probably on the size
Organ of taste (tongue)
the tongue is for tasting the tongue is located inside the mouth you can experience four types of basic tests
Sweet : which can be tasted at the front of the tongue.
Sour: which can be tasted at the side of tongue
Bitter: which can be tested at the back of the tongue.
Salty: which can be tested at the front of the tongue.
The eyes
The sense of sight or vision enable as to see our eternal environment. In mammals the visual stimulus is detected by photo receptor.
