Hello bird lovers! This is my sequence for round 127, "Birds in Flight" These photos are the fault of a friend who didn't want to stay in the car and followed me down the path to the pond where the flamingos were. I would sneak up very carefully because I would have them within 20 meters if I managed to get to the edge of the pond and avoid all kinds of thorny bushes. But the stalking was spoiled because my friend walked carelessly and the birds immediately took flight. So these in-flight photos were a happy accident. Who knows what I would have achieved if I had approached to witness the birds in their usual splash.
