Questioned Emmet.

"I'm no charity! They were two weeks behind on their rent!"

Boomed Mr. Lock.

"Could you not do a good deed and give them more time sir? Don't you believe in karma?"

Countered Emmet.

Mr. Lock laughed loudly.

Then, he was struck by lightning.
