We always fry and cook or make broth with many curries today but today I thought that my fish farmers in the countryside have tried to make a small recipe of how they cook fish-curry or fish broth and it is very delicious.

As cooking ingredients, fish, potatoes, tomatoes, coriander, onions, garlic, green chillies, oil, cumin, jaggery

First of all we have to clean the fish well and cut it piece by piece then we have to burn these fish well inside a pot with some water along with little salt and green pepper in a word we have to boil it for five to seven minutes after burning it. It should be put down.

Then the curry we will use for cooking will be placed on the stove of the curry and after it is heated enough, we will add oil, then we will finely grate the onion, garlic, green chillies and add turmeric. I told him to put it inside and burn it well

After burning it for 7 minutes from the side, we will pour the fish that we have told us inside it and add water as much as you like broth when you have enough broth or after burning you can add coriander leaves, I forgot those round potatoes They can give it if they want

Then when your quantity of broth is reduced you can spread your coriander leaves and sprinkle with cumin powder and in no time you have a very tasty fish broth.
