Breakfast, one of the most important thing needed enable to do your task properly and be productive in the entire busy day. But sometimes it is hard to take breakfast because there are some individual didn't have an appetite to take breakfast.
Yuuuummmmmmyyyy !!!! That was my initial reaction when I tasted this kind of longanisa (known as sausage) . Compared to normal longanisa served every morning in office canteen, Native Calumpit Longanissa got my attention because of mouth watering taste and the sensation remains of garlic in my Mouth. The most tastiest longanisa in the entire archipelago of Philippines.
My wife grows at Calumpit, Bulacan and I am so lucky that she introduce this Native food in one of our breakfast. I also introduce this Native Longanisa to my Co-teacher and the feedback was overwhelming. They do orders and try it. Luckily I found a food that creates an appetite every breakfast and gives a little income for the order.!
