Can you imagine taking tens of pics at an almost deserted old football field? Well, neither had I...
I went for some cardio workout at our local football field a couple of days ago and the place sure looks as it is... old, dated and deserted.
Nobody maintains it anymore. It was never anything close to spectacular but it served its purpose well. Now all we use it for is the side trail for running. I'm not much into it but I sometimes do some jogging.
After the workout was over I thought I should snap a few pics over there, but it seemed like I wouldn't have many subjects for that. But when I started looking around carefully I found myself having taken two dozens of pics at that place.
I started editing them afterwards, and this pinecone became my favorite subject of that photo shoot. I like how its so called petals are spiraling inside.
I've uploaded to this post both the black and white versions and the original ones. I like the monochrome ones better cuz they send out a sense of eternity, it's like having a sacred moment while getting "hypnotized" by it ;).
I don't know for sure if the PI ratio is to be found in this pinecone but I sure know it looks like the pineal gland. You've heard of the pineal gland, right?
Right?
Thanks for your attention,
Adrian
