Your eyes are not playing tricks on you (see below)…you’re seeing 2 lobster tails for 50% off! Don’t mind if I do. When I bring clearance seafood home, I’m definitely cooking it the same night.
Even if you have to stick to a tight budget, you deserve to spoil yourself. Where can you ever go and get 2 lobster tails for $7.50 TOTAL?! Only if you make them at home (and run into a deal), that’s where.

Ingredients
Servings 2
Units US
2 lobster tails
2 tbsp Organic Butter Infused Olive Oil from Coronado Taste of Oils (or use real butter, melted).
Clove of garlic
Salt (to taste)

Turn your grill on to heat it up to 400 degrees.
Rinse your tails (lobster, not beaver) under running water.
Use kitchen shears and cut the tail shell on the upper side.
Pull the lobster meat out and set it on top of the shell. I always thought that looked so cool when seeing it served that way at a restaurant.
Pour 2 tbsp of the Organic Butter Infused Olive Oil into a small ramekin.
Finely chop a clove of garlic or use a Grater Plate to turn it into paste and add it to the oil.
on top if you desire and serve. I also dip into additional butter. Mmmmmmm
