With the upcoming focus on onboarding and collaborating with curation communities while the former grows, we invited two Steemians to the OCD team who have shown immense initiatives in the past.
For our onboarding efforts, which after a trial period proved to be very successful and we are looking forward to scaling them up, we invited a Steemian who has been very vocal on and off Steem for our blockchain and will be a great asset to OCD to be on the forefront of onboarding.

He has been a big visionary and angel investor in many projects on Steem already and I'm sure many more coming. He's been hit by the Steem bug hard and puts most of his time on Steem and makes a lot of noise about it on Twitter and Quora, with him on the team it will quantify our voice and aid us in inviting a ton of new content creators to the ecosystem who are not aware of what we already got here. We are happy to have him on and are looking forward what it will do for Steem!

She's played a big part in many projects on Steem, always doing her best to come up with great and fair solutions even when there was nothing to gain personally. We at OCD love that spirit and are glad to have her on our team! Aside from leading many initiatives for the betterment of Steem she has also been part of many curation projects and has co-founded one of the most respected one on Steem called c-squared. We believe in her judgement and activity to improve curation and collaboration on Steem and are looking forward to see what else she will come up with in the future!
