I am a huge advocate when it comes to trying new things. Exploring new activities and different things is a great way to expand your mind and learn stuff that you had never thought of. The human connections that you gain are also a great perk when getting out of your box, and seeing what is out there.
When trying new things, so many new doors open up. So many different paths come from letting yourself be free.
I always tell people they should try AcroYoga. I have been doing AcroYoga for years now. I have benefited in so many ways from trying out acroyoga. I have met many amazing people through AcroYoga. It also has allowed me to see many new places and travel more, for AcroYoga festivals.
My health and fitness have benefited from hanging out with people that enjoy movement and a healthy lifestyle.
I recently started learning dance. Dance is something I have always been interested in, but never have tried learning until just recently. One of my good friends that I met through AcroYoga is a professional dancer.
She just recently came up to me and told me she wants to start training dance/dance lifts with me. I am so excited to learn from this amazing lady. Dance lessons are new for me. When I am practicing with her I feel sluggish and not so graceful, but I am excited that I am trying this new activity.
It is fun to add my partner acrobatics skills with her amazing dance skills.
