I took this picture 3 years ago when I took my AcroYoga teacher training in Hawaii. I learned a lot about teaching AcroYoga while I was out there, but the best part was meeting other people passionate about Acrobatics and AcroYoga.
We captured this picture along a cliff side of the Hilo island. This is one of my favorite acrobatic moves "hand to hand" or "hand stand on hands"
