- It’s a great way of beautifying not so great ingredients. I really wish I was the « everyday farmer’s market » type of person but sometimes that G20 or commerce de proximité reaches its arms and warm beers to you. And I fully embrace this half trash half wine aesthetic. Anywayyyyy... this is saucisse fumée chicken breast and a mix of paprika cayenne , aji amarillo (a Peruvian spice), garlic powder, thyme, coriander... I started making a roux (butter and flour mixed and turned chocolate brown) The rice is brown basmati rice I had for a year and had to finish. I used onion celery red peppers as my veggie. It’s not really pretty, it’s not super sexy, but it’s really yummy.
