Since joining Steemit (Feb 2018) I've learnt a lot about the place, and am still learning. Steemit is growing more and more, but I still consider myself an early adopter, in a space with growing potential.
The main thing, is that it remains a rewarding, evolving, growing platform. Through a (nicely convoluted but incredible) system of fast wealth transfer we are seeing some groundbreaking developments and projects.
You definitely need some investment to get started here, but there are always ways to grow if you're dedicated, I think.
It goes to show what happens when you directly incentivise writing/creativity/engagement, and this is just the beginning of this phase of the crypto-powered future. There seems to be a great community born out of this too on Steemit, with users obviously sharing a vested interest, wanting to get involved and reach agreement on updates. We are pioneers.

MY POSTS
Between investigating and writing on crypto and decentralised developments/experiences, I plan to continue sharing and talking about 'selected works' of my - hopefully - inspiring art, music or writing, and continue to build up a following on these subjects.
I still link in with my wordpress site, because we still need to see better ways to categorise our own content here on Steemit, and it would be nice to gain rewards on posts long-term instead of just the short-term.
June 2018+ : what to expect
- More coffee, art & adventures in crypto.
- Finishing 'Drinking the Road' - funky/ambient music for driving. Details on ordering the CD via Steem shortly.
- New poems / word art / photo art / illustrations / inspirations.
- Movie reviews / VR reviews / Game retrospectives.
- Sci-fi short extracts from my VR / 'Ready Player One'-style short story writings. Coming soon... (and this will also help me re-read and edit them for the last time!)
Your feedback/support for any of this would be awesome.
The BEYOND...
The dream of any dedicated artist (etc.) is to be able to spend time on a post and then receive a decent response/appreciation/criticism - and even, decent support/returns.
- I'd like to resteem more posts or do 'curation features' from people I follow who I find do great work and need some support... However, I don't want to muddy my own listing too much yet, so this will come more later, or via another account I can delegate SP to.
- I plan on investing more into Steemit, as I continue to focus on this for the long-term, both as an investment, a source of inspiration, a showcase for my own work, and as a place to talk and find out more about crypto and developments.
- I'd like to use less promo services but for now they're pretty essential in building up a following, and for actually getting something back for some of the music and stuff I've been making - for free - over the years. What's exciting is I don't know if this will lead me back into making new stuff again, or just continuing to highlight older work. Already, I've found myself making my own CD finally.
- I'd also like to eventually remove delegation to Smartsteem etc. or get more personal control over my Steem Power again, to do more personally selected curation trails and stuff, which give something back to the creators I directly follow.
- I'd also like to try doing some kind of collaboration, promotion, contest/engagement relating to some of my creative stuff.
- More posts and researches on the subjects of nature/landscaping/permaculture.

Anyway... thank-you so far! for following along folks. Please stay tuned and keep Steemin' ahead!
