For those who missed my #SEO tips, here I am again to share a concept that will separate the strong from the weak in SEO from now on.
Brand Authority, I read the term for the first time in an article recently posted on the SEMrush blog (link in the first comment).
The two pillars of this concept are understanding and credibility.
Being that:
Understanding refers to what Google understands about your brand.
Credibility refers to communication and convincing, that is, to show to Google that your brand contributes to the segment in which it operates.
So if you're only concerned about producing quality content with 5,000 words (which no one reads) and conquering links just with guest blogging, it's time to review your concepts about SEO.
Brand Authority is to focus on building your brand, be it big, medium or small.
