come back with me in this post I want to present a simple recipe made from mushrooms, yup as we know that mushrooms are a very delicious food ingredient, but this time I want to make crispy enoki mushrooms in addition to their beautiful shape, crispy enoki mushrooms this is also very delicious, according to my husband's request, actually the enoki mushroom when fried becomes very delicious, the skin is crunchy outside and soft inside this is the perfect texture
Crispy enoki mushroom is a snack that is often enjoyed by everyone, both men and women, but usually this crispy enoki mushroom is very suitable during the rainy season because I want to eat it hot, especially after it becomes more and more inviting to the appetite of friends.
Ingredients for making Crispy Enoki Mushrooms:
- 1 pack of enoki mushrooms
Enoki mushrooms are very difficult to get in our village, they are not even in our area, it is very difficult, therefore my husband and I went to Suzuya, Lhoksemawe to look for these mushrooms because there are lots of items and complete with mushroom variants.
- 100 all-purpose flour dip & 200 grams of all-purpose flour
I prepared this flour long before this menu was served at your house. Incidentally, my house often serves several menus of food and cake collections on the internet while learning and experiencing it with my own work.
- Sweet soy sauce
Sweet soy sauce in my village is one of the choices called bango kecapanis where this soy sauce is already well known in our area, you can even say that it satisfies the taste with this bango sweet soy sauce
- red chilies
Red chilies are one of the household complementary ingredients that are really needed, even almost all dishes have to use red chilies so that my house always has stock.
- shallots
Shallots are also very much needed in the household, but there are many models of red onions, so the taste of the food is different, while I use standard shallots to be safe and taste the same
How to prepare Crispy Enoki Mushrooms:
Step 1
first take 1 pack of enoki mushrooms, after that remove the roots first then cut the mushrooms into a few strands of mushrooms and after washing the enoki mushrooms then leave it for a while
Step 2
after that prepare to make the wet flour dough, take 100 grams of flour then pour in the water then dissolve it try not to be too runny for the wet dough the texture is a bit thick
Step 3
after that take the enoki mushroom earlier then dip it first into the wet flour mixture after that coat it with dry flour on the surface then prepare the cooking oil, and fry the enoki mushrooms over medium heat tends to be low so the enoki mushrooms don't burn later
Step 4
then for the dipping material I use sweet soy sauce with a few other additions, take the red onion and slice it thinly, and take the red chilies also cut into small pieces after that add the sweet soy sauce and stir until evenly mixed
