un compañero de entrenamiento el cual hemos compartido ya bastante tiempo el entrenamiento y estaba practicando lo que realizar movimientos estaticos con los de freestyle lo cual era mi primera vez y no me fue nada mal, empecé primeramente haciendo un front lever luego 360 y geinger finalizando con una Straddle con buena forma en la barra eso por los momentos también mantener una Straddle en barra y hacer un geinger ya que esa transición al principio puede ser un poco complicado, sin embargo me fue muy bien espero seguir mejorando en estos movimientos.
