Well various crypto hubs within the country could work together or separately to fillup the canal and dumpsites at the various locations, that will help.
But the truth is the slum problem cannot be solved,it is part of the society , there is always the rich and the poor u can't seperate one from another, people will always lose or won't even get the chance to join the money race because they are not qualified
So whether we upgrade these slums or build better house for them as long as the are poor people they always will be a place considered as slum
