This recipe is perfect for when your schedule is tight, or you are just back from training and want to eat something fast. It has only 3 ingredients and it is super easy to make, while it provides a ton of protein. So here it is:
1 can of tuna in brine
200 grams of white cow cheese
2 medium tomatoes
Olive oil to taste
Method of preparation:
1 smash the tuna with a fork in a bowl
2 add the cheese and smash it as well
3 cut the tomatoes and add them
4 pour some olive oil
And there you have it! You can dig in straight ahead and you can also eat it as a wrap. It is one of my favorites, especially when I am too lazy to cook.
