A content blogger and HIVE reader approached my blog, and it is nice to know that he liked the content about Leucaena, so this publication is for him
.
▶ Lecucaena is one of the legumes that has shown a growing interest as an alternative source of cattle feed worldwide, caused by the variable and multipurpose nature that this plant species have, however, for the lecucaena to express its potential in the establishment must be a nursery prior to it.

In this sense, there is a problem for the establishment of Leucaena as a crop, which is related to its growth rate in the initial stage, which can generally be slow, causing its establishment to be limited, which has motivated the scarce adaptation of this species to the animal production system.
The available literature does not offer much information about studies carried out in nursery conditions for tree legumes, particularly Leucaena leucocephala, and there is still not enough information about fertilization in seedlings.
Accordingly, fertilization plans are particularly focused on highly demanding species, however in shrub legumes destined for animal feed, it is important to estimate growth and development variables that may limit their establishment in the field, especially when soil and climatic conditions are not so favorable, causing them not to express their productive potential.
