For Chicken marinade:
• Chicken bosom filets 2
• Vinegar 2 tsp

• Egg 2
• Milk ½ container

Mayo Sauce:
• Chili garlic sauce 1 and ½ tsp
• Mustard glue 1 tbs
• Mayonnaise 5 tbs
Gathering burger:
• Buns
• Mayonnaise
• Ice berg
• Fried chicken
• Mayo sauce
• Cheese cut
• Ketchup
Bearings:
Take chicken bosom and make 4 filets, pound filets with steak pound.
In bowl,add vinegar,mustard paste,garlic powder,white pepper powder,red bean stew powder, worcestershire sauce and salt,mix well.
Add filets and coat filets properly,marinate it for 30-45 minutes.
For flour covering, join flour,red stew powder,black pepper,garlic powder,salt,corn flour and rice flour, blend well and put aside.
For egg covering, in a bowl beat 2 eggs with drain and put aside.
Heat oil in a wok, take one marinated chicken filet, plunge into egg blend and coat it with flour blend on the other hand dunk into egg blend and flour blend (press hard for firm filet).
Deep broil the filet on medium fire, sear 3minutes each side. Broil until the point when a firm coat is turned dark colored.
