I know someone who works in constructions, and he's one of the few people, (count on one hand,) that his Boss trusts. Everyone else is there to use the companies resources for their side-business.
The guy I know, used to take the junk the company doesn't need anymore and build things with them. One day, his Boss told him it wasn't okay, he was like "But everyone else taking them and selling them for profit!" His boss was like "They do it without permission, and they hide it from the company." The guy I know stopped doing that, and it seems like his Boss respected him ever sense. #workethics #ethics #corruption
