Resep Sosis Bakar Mayo
Bahan-bahan :
- 1 pak sosis ayam (misalnya merk "Champ")
- Mentega secukupnya
- Kecap manis secukupnya
- Saus sambal secukupnya
- Mayones secukupnya
Cara Membuat :
Panaskan wajan datar, misalnya "teflon" atau "happycall".
Olesi dengan mentega secukupnya.
Taruh beberapa buah sosis, susun dan panggang sampai matang berwarna kecokelatan.
Jangan lupa dibalik hingga matang merata.
Angkat. Letakan di atas piring saji.
Sajikan sosis bakar mayo dengan saus sambal dan mayones.
