Pokemon Go can be a threat?

Many people around the world are playing the game Pokemon Go, which has become a success not only for children but also for adults. But what happens is that the lack of attention of users has caused some accidents as we have seen in recent days, fatalities as has happened in Brazil a 9 year old who drowned in a river trying to catch Pokémon

But my question is, Do you think it should have attention on improving this game not to promote these cases, for security reasons mainly of children in an attempt to make more secure gameplay for the users?

They think that nintendo should make improvements in the application?
