It is impossible to satisfy everyone.
No matter how sincerely you try, you cannot satisfy everyone because everyone has his/her own distinct way of thinking, liking-disliking, prejudices, idiosyncrasies, interests, dogmas, personalities, etc. You can satisfy someone or a group but it doesn't mean that other people will appreciate this action. You can satisfy your wife but if your mother's interest and thinking is different, then she would be angry on it and vice versa. You can fulfill your boss's ambition but it may be harmful to your colleagues and subordinates, if interests of both the parties are contradictory to each other.
Therefore, one should never try to please everyone. One should take decisions based on justice, equality, free of biases and prejudices to overcome this problem. Definitely, it won't please everyone but certainly it will be a justifiable action.
