Will Government of India allow trading of cryptocurrencies in India?

Last year in the month of May, Indian central bank ordered all banks to severe connections with the crypto traders. It was done in order to ban crypto trading in India. Though, government has not yet declared crytos illegal but cryptos have lost the position as they had earlier.

Since, the ban on trading, the government is mulling over to frame rules regarding blockchain technology but it doesn't seem very promising as the central bank of India is against the cryptos.
