California Poppy: One of the beautiful flower and has lots of medical benefits. This flower is also known as "golden poppy" because of its golden-orange color and is the state flower of American state California!

These poppies were used as pain killers and sleeping aids in past days and lots of uses in modern medicine. They have lots of medical benefits and widely used in some Ayurveda medicines prescribed for

- Anxiety
- Muscle Pain
- Nervous tension etc.
The buds are amazing and more beautiful than the flower (my view). Bud is enclosed in a cap-like calyx and having multiple colors like green, yellow and purple.
It begins to open !
