In life most of us do a 8-5 job. We all live for the weekends. This is the cage. People always want to collect a paycheck instead of earning one. As a real estate developer and investor. I look back and say. what if i knew today when i was 20. The amount of wealth would be quite more. So im sending this message to the 20 year olds out there. IF you follow this maybe it will help you.
- Get into a job that pays a good wage.
- live on a very tight budget.
- flip homes 2-6 years after a market crash.
- convert the profits into rentals.
- repeat...until you collect 20k a month rent.
remember there people need housing in a good or bad market. pay off the rentals one at a time. Hold them in a trust.
