Este rutina está compuesta de 4 ejercicios [ Burpees, Sancadas, Flexiones Mike Tyson y Sentadillas] son en total 4 rondas de alta imtensidad, para los niveles básicos serán 5 Repeticiones de cada ejercicio, 4 Rondas, Nivel Medio 10 repeticiones de cada ejercicio y 4 Rondas, ahora nivel Avanzado, es la prueba mayor, repeticines en forma ascendente, 5,10,15,20 y 25 repeticiones.
​En esta ocasión tenemos 3 ejercicios compuestos trabajando el cuerpo completo con un par de mancuernas, como siempre. Cuidando la técnica para evitar lesiones. Cuéntame, ¿cuál de estos ejercicios compuestos NO conocÃas?
