Week ago Ned withdrew 1.5m steem plus yesterday Steem inc canceled delegation from dapps and many projects and
started to power down 35M of steem plus they changed their passwords.

As many saw the reason for that is fear of hardfork in near future of steemit and accounts/stakes maybe stolen, but is it true?
After week price of steemit is increasing , so seems Ned is not selling steem on bittrex, so what do you think, will steem inc change owner? what will happen with price of steem in near future? will we see bottom because some people will panic?
In my opinion even if Ned sell steem, someone will buy it , so the more people will have steem the more decentralized this blockchain will be, its better to have steem on 1000000 accounts than on having 10 whales. That's why i'm waiting for some panic to increase my steem power, in last week i increased by 500 and i will keep doing it , while bear market continue.
