Dark star

Hoy a pesar de ser un día difícil, quise maquillarme, pensé en inspirarme en los maquillajes de la banda Kiss para este look artístico, fue todo un reto porque normalmente suelo ocupar la tarde/noche para maquillarme y hoy creo que debí empezar mas temprano tomando en cuenta que llevamos 3 días con problemas eléctricos, incluso subir este post ha sido una odisea de tantas veces que se ha ido la luz el día de hoy, justo cuando empecé mi maquillaje se fue la luz y lo mismo paso cuando por fin iba a tomar las fotografías, intento mantener la calma a esta situación tan… desgraciada y solo improvise, algunas fotos las tome con la ayuda del flash de otro teléfono en conjunto con un bombillo recargable que usamos cuando se va la luz, en otras pude tomarla con la luz normal de la sala de mi casa ya que la luz llego casi al terminar las fotos, pero ha sido muy muy estresante, esta situación ha hecho que estos días sean complicados para hacer cualquier cosa y termino sin disfrutar por completo lo que tanto me gusta hacer, en fin, espero que les guste, fue algo sencillo pero bastante dark.

Today in spite of being a difficult day, I wanted to do my make up, I thought to be inspired by the make up of the band Kiss for this artistic look, it was a challenge because I usually use the afternoon/evening to do my make up and today I think I should have started earlier taking into account that we have been 3 days with electrical problems, even uploading this post has been an odyssey of so many times that the light has gone out today, just when I started my make up the light went out and the same thing happened when I was finally going to take the pictures, I try to keep calm in this situation so.... unfortunate and just improvise, some pictures I took with the help of the flash of another phone in conjunction with a rechargeable bulb that we use when the light goes out, in others I could take it with the normal light of the living room of my house since the light came almost to finish the photos, but it has been very very stressful, this situation has made these days are complicated to do anything and I end up not fully enjoy what I like to do, in short, I hope you like it, it was something simple but quite dark.

Como siempre, limpie e hidrate mi rostro, luego empecé a aplicar pegamento en barra en mis cejas para poder pintar encima de ellas sin problemas, aplique unas 5 capas y deje secar, selle con polvo traslucido y comencé a aplicar pintura corporal blanca en todo el rostro, nuevamente selle con polvo y luego tome rubor rosa y lo aplique en mis pómulos, con pintura corporal negra empecé a realizar la forma de estrella que quería en ambos ojos, para intensificar mas el color negro aplique sombra de ojos negra encima de la pintura corporal y difumine los bordes para darle una mejor apariencia, como labial elegí un color rojo oscuro. Finalmente quise añadir algunas líneas negras saliendo de la silueta de la estrella solo para darle un estilo un poco mas desordenado.

As usual, I cleaned and moisturized my face, then I started to apply glue stick on my eyebrows to be able to paint over them without problems, I applied about 5 coats and let it dry, I sealed with translucent powder and started to apply white body paint all over my face, again I sealed with powder and then I took pink blush and applied it on my cheekbones, with black body paint I started to make the star shape I wanted on both eyes, to intensify more the black color I applied black eyeshadow on top of the body paint and blurred the edges to give it a better look, as a lipstick I chose a dark red.
Finally I wanted to add some black lines coming out of the star silhouette just to give it a more messy style.
