Theres a bot called Hive account@booster where you can trade steemdollars for an upvote. The more steemdollars the higher the upvote. This bot is extremely powerful, at least for lower rep users like myself. But 1 vote can easily raise my reputation 1 or 2 full points which is kind of crazy.
