Spectral Phasor for ImageJ
Software used for the analysis of hyperstacks

Hunter's comment
The idea behind the software is to reduce the dimensionality of the image hyperstacks (50+ images). Some examples could include multichannel microscopy, FLIM, FTIR and similar techniques.
Dimensionality reduction is achieved by transforming the images to another domen, represented by phasor.
Actually, it's very intuitive, further from the centre - narrower component, Closer to the centre - broader the components. Moving around the circle equals moving the component on X-axis.
Pros: works fine with ImageJ
Cons: for trivial examples, like the one presented. They used 3 fluorescence dyes with very different properties. I used the software for a much more difficult problem and NMF performed better.
Anyway, it's cool and unusual way of thinking, outside the box that you could exploit in your research routine.
My review score: 8.5 of 10
