Low mana battles have their own unique fun because your monster selection becomes very limited that force you to carefully choose the best monsters and think strategically about building the perfect team combination.
You also need to focus on selecting monsters with the best abilities to gain an advantage in battle. Todays battle was very interesting and consisted of only 14 mana. Honestly low mana battles are usually difficult for me because my monster selection is limited and I do not have many strong cards to compete effectively. Still I tried my best and gave a solid performance.
In this battle I selected two monsters while my opponent selected one monster. Since it was a low mana battle I decided to focus on attack and ability based monsters to create a strong combination.
I also selected an Archon with a minus one health effect so that at the start of the battle all enemy units would lose one health point giving me some relief early in the match.
My opponent selected a monster with having four health, two speed and two ranged attack power. On my side I had a frontline monster with one health and one ranged attack power while in the backline I placed an ability based monster so it could continuously provide support and make better use of its abilities.
Unfortunately because the opponents frontline monster had higher health it managed to eliminate both of my monsters. Also since it had +2 ranged attack power my units could not survive for long.
In todays battle my favorite monster was Grand Consul Minion which is considered an excellent monster despite having a low mana cost. If I talk about its mana cost it is only four mana making it very useful in low mana battles.
Even in medium to high mana battles this monster can seriously disturb enemy units because it gains excellent abilities at higher levels.
Right now I only have this card at level one and at this level there is no any ability But once I upgrade it, it will gain three to four abilities and become a very annoying monster for opponents..
The biggest weakness of this monster in high mana battles is its low health. At level one it only has one health so it requires proper protection. You need supporting monsters that can heal and protect it during battle.
Its speed is two which helps it dodge enemy attacks and it is also a ranged attack monster with one attack power allowing it to continuously deal damage every round.
If I talk about its price it is currently available in the market for around 0.06 which makes it a very affordable monster card. However after upgrading its price increases depending on its level and card stats.
What do you people think about this monster? Do you have this card in your decks? I would be glad to see your answers in the comment section.
