Smoothies it is a healthy and useful version of the classic milkshake: instead of
milk - natural yoghurt, coconut milk, juice, honey, anything of your imagination.
Today recipe - Acai smoothie.
You will need: blend 2 tbsp acai powder, 1 frozen banana, 2 cup frozen blueberries, 1 cup frozen blackberries and 200 mi milk until smooth.
For the filling, you will need: 1 kiwi, 1 banana, a handful off nuts and sprinkle of coconut shreds.
For decoration, you will need: raspberry, blueberries, shavings of coconut and black chocolate (crushed).
