Greetings dear friends of the @/fulldeportes community, In this opportunity I want to share with all of you, this abdominal training routine that I did this morning, that I prepared in my home, an easy routine to strengthen and define that abdomen that you want so much.

Today my melancholy has turned into frankness, being this day, a course of resignation and somnolence. I know there are better and worse days, but still, it is so tedious when the inside of the mind becomes dark and ends up projecting sadness to the outside. Chaos causes commotion and this brings confusion and, then, you are left at that point in the middle of the depressing emptiness and the desire to end that irrevocable feeling. What worries me the most when I wake up like this, is to stay like this for long periods of time, and it is then when I start kicking in the middle of an ocean as if I do not know how to swim, which only makes me end up joining even more in that which I do not understand.

In an amateur game, the pawns don't seem to matter much and in reality that's how it is taken, but when you look at the professional level the pawns matter a lot for an endgame either of pawns and Kings or Rooks and pawns, in this game I play it online and although it ends by time there came a point where my Rooks recover the pawns that I have disadvantage and then we can face a completely equal endgame. Hello hive friends! This dance marked my life and decided me to continue dancing. It can't be that I still remember this dance, well a little bit, I performed this choreography in elementary school more than 5 years ago, and I am still shocked that I remember it.... In all the end of the year in elementary school, we had to present a dance, to close the cycle of our grade and move to our next stage, the truth is that I really liked this choreography I will not deny it, because the rhythm was different from everything they put us to dance in primary osea joropo, do not get me wrong if I like the joropo but, something new was not other, in short .... Without sounding so presumptuous I was one of the boys who danced better in this presentation, since the others did not know how to dance jsjs.... I loved this choreography from the beginning, from my dance teacher to the costumes, they were great, I felt that they were very updated and original compared to the others who would be performing that day... It marked my future a lot because, when it was time to get off the stage, the teacher hugged me and said exactly these words "congratulations, my star dancer" the truth I took it as something normal at that moment, but now that I realize it has always been with me that thought and every time I remember this day I can only think about that.... I am very happy about how much I have grown in my dancing and I am very proud of what is to come for me and for what is around me in my future.
