Healthy Breakfast : Apple Cinnamon Breakfast Smoothie
If you're looking for a quick and healthy breakfast, try this apple cinnamon smoothie. Not everyone has a lot of time in the morning. That's why I love this cinnamon apple smoothie, which has good, natural fats, protein, and a fiber to keep you full longer.
It's almost like having apple pie in a glass — except this meal will keep you full until lunch! The added bonus of this recipe is how easy it is to build upon; add spinach, kale, or berries to the mix to really amp up the antioxidant power.
Ingredients :
6 raw almonds,
1 red apple,
1 banana,
1/2 cup water - 150 ml of water
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
3 dates
Directions
Step 1 : Add all your ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy
