During our Adventure at the Cordillera region, we visited the town of Banaue Ifugao where we find one of the wonders of the world, the Banaue Rice Terraces.
We went to the viewpoint or view deck and we saw these old locals sitting on a wooden bench. Their sole purpose is to wait for tourists, like us, to visit the deck and have a photo with them. From there you can give any amount in kind to them as a token of gratitude.
Here are some of our photos together with the elders. They are wearing hand-weaved attires which are so red in colors. I was the one first to seat beside them.
Then my wife followed, there were no other tourists that we can ask to hold the camera so my wife and I had separate shots with them.
After a few shots with the three elderlies, we went to the down town area using a tricycle and along the road is an old man also waiting for tourists to have a photograph with.
So we decided to stop and take a few shots.
Then I took some shots of jeepney filled with passengers on top, or top load as we call it.
Again: Don't Just Gaze At It, Seize It, Then Steem It! Hope you liked it.
