Instagram is rated as the worst social platform when it comes to the impact it has on youth health, a study conducted in the UK reported.
In the survey, 1,479 people aged 14-24 are questioned which of the five social networks have a negative impact on the user, the BBC reports.
They were asked to evaluate the maket, depression, solitude and harassment platform, Koha.net broadcasts.
Mental health organizations have asked the companies to do more to the safety of their users.
More than 90 percent of young people use social networks - almost half of any other group of this age. They are targeting negative effects even though there has been no evidence for this.
