Garlic Mashed Potatoes
5 pounds Potatoes (peeled and dice)
Salt to your taste
Water
5 Cloves of pressed Garlic
1 ½ - 2 C Milk
3 T Butter
Salt and Pepper to your taste
In a large stock pot, add in your diced potatoes and add enough water to cover the potatoes (don’t add extra) and add in salt to season the potatoes. On medium high heat bring your potatoes to a boil. Once your potatoes come to a boil reduce your heat to medium low and cook until your potatoes are fork tender. Take the potatoes off the heat and drain the water off of them. Return them to the oven and add in your pressed garlic, butter, and milk and using a hand mixture with your heat on low, mix the potatoes until that are at the consistency you like. Add more salt if you need and season with some pepper.
Enjoy!
