Motivation
En el día de ayer comenzamos la semana haciendo mi movimiento estático favorito porque es un gran movimiento que lleva mucha fuerza en los hombros, escápula y lumbares y también puede hacer distintas tomas de plancha de mis compañeros y de mi persona.
Yesterday we started the week doing my favorite static movement because it is a great movement that takes a lot of strength in the shoulders, scapula and lumbars and can also make different planch shots of my partners and myself.
