My indoor plant, the Blue Dream, has been growing pretty steadily, and it finally got tall enough that I couldn't raise the light fixture any further where I had it set up, so I had to find a better place to put the plant and the light. About the only place that I could come up with to put the plant setup was in a corner up in my music room. Of course, that meant that I had to move some stuff to make room for it.

The next thing to do was to put two hooks in the slanted ceiling to hang the light from. After measuring for position and finding where the lath is instead of the spaces between the lath, I screwed the hooks into the ceiling. Then I hung the light fixture on the hooks to see how well it fit.
After that, it was just a matter of getting the plant set under the light. I put a timer on the light so that I don't have to go up there every day to turn the light on and off. The light only hangs so far down on the chain I have it on, so I propped up the plant to get it closer to the light.

I think I need to get a new light, this one is too narrow for the plant to grow out well to the sides. I'm going to have to look for a light that is basically 2 feet square, or maybe get another LED fixture like the one I have, and find a way to mount them side by side for wider coverage. I'm sure I'll get it figured out one way or another.
