While describing PANDEF as a group made up of former thieves in government as some even served in the President Goodluck Jonathan's administration yet could not do anything meaningful stressing that such calibre of persons cannot represent the region which is in dire need of rapid social development with their rich history of corruption.
They said the Federal Government should dialogue with persons with credibility in and genuine heart for the development of the region as persons with the toga of corruption should not be allowed to discuss with the Federal government under any guise.

Other demands of the Coalition are that the Federal Government should stop forthwith the payment of 13% oil derivation to State Governors of the Niger Delta but rather pay it directly to HOSTCON in line with the 1999 Constitution as amended in section. 162 sub section 2 saying that it is an illegal act for the federal government to release this fund to the state governors and henceforth the 13% derivation fund should be released to HOSTCON directly for the interest of peace and development of the region., and it is illegal by law for governors to collect the fund.
The Oil pipeline surveillance security contract should also be directly given to HOSTCON which will on turn provide job opportunities for the teeming youths as well as sage guard oil pipelines and facilities.

Kachikwu has continued to globe trot to various countries because of the cease fire agreement reached with the Federal Government which has not contributed any meaningful development to address the issues of underdevelopment in the region adding that he should give a proper account of the proceeds from the sale of crude oil totaling billions of dollars, the Coalition maintained that there was fire on the mountain unless this persons be removed from office.
They should give proper account of their obligations to the Niger Delta People or be ready to face as resumption of attacks was easy maintaining that Kachikwu's sack will save the region from total underdevelopment and collapse while the Niger Delta Ministry and NDDC were not facing the reality on ground and that the minister of Niger Delta with the chairman & managing director of NDDC has failed the people of the region woefully for inability to implement the NIGER DELTA MASTER PLAN.
The Coalition urged the Acting President Prof. Yemi Osibanjo who is the chairman of peace and fact finding committee to immediately address the issues raised by us seriously to avoid what Orubebe, Diezani and Co others did to the region which led to where we are today .
