Ingredients
- 2 persimmon;
- 200 g of pineapple pulp;
- 1 pear.
Preparation
Cut the persimmon and pear in half, remove all the bones and tails. Peel the pineapple and cut into small pieces. Pass through the juicer persimmon, pear and pineapple.
Be careful: persimmon and its juice should not be consumed with cold water and milk. This combination promotes the formation of solid food lumps and makes it difficult for the intestines to pass through.
