Cream soup with champignons and potatoes
Ingredients
- 4 potatoes;
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil;
- 300 g of champignons;
- 2 onions;
- 500 ml of medium-fat cream;
- salt - to taste;
- vegetables mix;
- ground black pepper - to taste.
Preparation
Boil the potatoes. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the chopped onion for a few minutes. Then add finely chopped mushrooms and fry for a few more minutes, stirring occasionally. boil the vegetables mix and cut into small pieces
Drain the boiled potatoes with water, but do not dispose of it. Put the onion and mushrooms in a pan with potatoes, add the cream and spices, add vegetable pieces. Purish the soup with a blender. If it seems too thick, add a little water in which the potatoes were cooked.
