Today I bring you a very popular recipe that many of us love, and it is the popular "GOLFEADOS" this delicious and so traditional bread that few can resist to try it.
When we have children at home we are always preparing any recipe that we like to please our children in the snacks they eat daily both at school and at home, I am not very expert in this work the flour however I dare to make by my own hands what I would like to eat, in this way we are perfecting our preparations improving every day, this is the second time that I prepare them and honestly I was not so bad they were excellent, soft and delicious.
Before going on to the preparation, we will talk a little about this popular and traditional recipe that is loved by all Venezuelans.
The golfeados is a delicious bread that many people love with its mixture of flavors, the soft sweetness of the paprika and the saltiness of the cheese that makes it really special and charming, it is also an easy and simple recipe to make.
To talk about golfeados is to go back to our origins to that history that represents us through a variety of sweets, the golfeados is not only a sweet bread, it is synonymous of flavor, tradition and culture in Venezuela.
Now let's get to the best part of preparing our delicious golfeados.
INGREDIENTES.
Ingredients
4 t de Harina de trigo
3 c de Levadura
1 t de Leche tibia
1c de Sal
1/2 t de Azúcar
2 Huevos
50 gr de Mantequilla
1 t de Papelón rallado
2 t de Queso rallado.
2 c de Anís dulce en especie.
4 t wheat flour
3 t of yeast
1 cup of warm milk
1 teaspoon of salt
1/2 t of Sugar
2 eggs
50 gr of butter
1 t of grated Papelón
2 t of grated cheese.
2 t of sweet aniseed in kind.
PREPARACIÓN
Preparation
Step 1: put the yeast in a bowl with the warm milk, sugar and salt and let it stand for 15 minutes.
Step 2: melt the butter in a saucepan and add the flour little by little and the yeast, knead and add the 2 eggs and continue kneading until it becomes a smooth dough.
Step 3: roll out the dough, leaving it 1 cm thick, spread the butter on it and place a layer of grated papelón, cheese and aniseed, previously prepare a tray with butter and flour so that the golfeados do not stick to it.
Step 4: roll and cut into slices, place them in the tray and cover with a cloth and let it rest for 1 hour.
5 step: after the time we take it to the oven for approximately 15 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees, take it out of the oven and add molasses paprika and cheese to taste 180 degrees, remove from the oven add molasses and cheese to taste and so we have them ready to serve.
