Greetings fellow steempunks. Another beautiful tropical day is upon us. The sun has colored the sky in a nice pink glow which matches this morning yummy breakfast drink.
I hope you all have a great week ahead or still enjoying the last moments of Sunday Funday. My hubby has to go to Hong Kong for our business so I will be home alone for a few days.... luckily I have my lovely Chivas to keep me company. Though I love spending some alone time with my beautiful furry friend, I love Hong Kong and I'm a bit jealous I couldn't join this time...

Tropical Coconut Morning Bliss
Ingredient (serves 3 for breakfast)
1.5 cups spinach
1/2 cup broccoli florets
1/2 cup red beet
1 banana (or 2-3 tropical small bananas), use frozen banana for extra creaminess
1/2 avocado
1 cup mango
1 cup papaya
1 small red dragon fruit
3-4 cups water
Desiccated coconut to taste
3 tbsp extra-virgin coconut oil
Directions
- Place spinach and water in a blender. Blend until smooth. Add remaining smoothie ingredients and blend again. If you have a high-speed blender you can throw everything on at once. If the smoothie is too thick add more water.
- Optional: Top with your fav toppings such as cacao nibs, hemp hearts, and chia seeds if you like.
