Mornings do love or hate them? I love them. Especially today. Yesterday we had a whole day of rain and now the garden is filled with the sound of hundreds of frogs. I just love the beautiful natural music they make. Some are very loud while others provide some back noise.
Combined with the sound of the raindrops falling on the big banana leaves, the birds and the sound coming from the temple next door.... just so peaceful and relaxing. Ideal to start this beautiful, partly rainy, and partly sunny day.
Also, I'm all excited today since we are going to a boxing match in the evening. In Cambodia, they practice a similar style of boxing (Kun Khmer Boxing) as the more famous Muay Thai from Thailand. Though I'm not a violent person whatsoever, I practiced French boxing for more than 4 years and always love seeing a good match.

Ingredients (serves 2 for breakfast)
2 cups packed fresh spinach
1.5-2 cups coconut water
1 cup peaches
2 cups grapes
1 small avocado
2 tbsp extra virgin coconut oil
2 tbsp hemp hearts (optional topping)
Directions
- Blend coconut water and spinach until smooth. Add other ingredients and blend again. If the smoothie is too thick add more water. If you have a high-speed blender you can throw everything in at once!
- Optional: Top with superfoods/topping - such as cacao powder/nibs, hemp hearts, goji berries etc. - if you like. We used hemp heart this time.
