Ingredients.
- 500 grams squid.
- 4 lemongrass (thinly sliced).
- Green onion (chopped).
- Coriander (chopped).
- 2 tablespoons sugar.
- 2 tablespoons fish sauce.
- Chilli (finely chopped).
- 1 cup cool water.
- 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice.
Instructions.
- Wash squid well after removing inedible portions and drain it.
- Combine all ingredients together and mix well. Then add squid. Add sugar and lime juice to taste if you like sweet or sour.
- Steam the squid for about 4-5 minutes.
- After 5 minutes. Arrange these on a plate.
- Serve warm.
